Indonesia is a beautiful country. Indonesia secured its independence after World War 2. Indonesia is located between the trading routes of Far East, South Asia, and Middle East. There are multitude of religions in Indonesia. Like there is Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, and Confucianism. But, 88% of the population in Indonesia are Muslims. Indonesia consists of hundreds of distinct native ethnic and linguistic groups.  The country's official language is Indonesian (locally known as Bahasa Indonesia), a variant of Malay. It's currency is INDONESIAN RUPIAH.  Amazingly $1 USD is equal to 11445.00 Indonesian Rupiah(IDR).
